After some technical difficulties...
My blog seems to have came back to me. YAY! Yes, I am a dork.
Tonight I found new muscles in my inner thighs. I did 45 minutes on my stationary bike and every 10 minutes I did 1 1/2 - 2 minutes at 25mph (I usually do about 16-18mph). My thighs are DYING but feel soooooooooooo good.
When I stepped on the scale this morning I was down to 174.5lbs. Looks like my goal of 172lbs is attainable!
